Some exclusive collectibles from Bugatti`s automotive art lineup have been displayed at the Geneva motor show.
Examples of the Bugatti Veyron 16.4 Grand Sport, and the Grand Sport Vitesse featuring an exquisite carbon monocoque exteriors, were the stars of the glamorous expo.
Bugatti engineers have adapted the Veyron Super Sport coupe’s drivetrain to the removable-top Grand Sport body style. The French experts in supercar design have increased the size of the turbochargers and intercoolers. Now the 8.0-liter W-16 powertrain delivers 1200 bhp and 1106 lb.-ft. of torque. The Super Sport reaches 268 mph – the world record for a production car. The Bugatti supercar sprints to 60 mph in 2.4 seconds.
Compared to the the Super Sport, the 2013 Bugatti Veyron 16.4 Grand Sport Vitesse is based on redesigned chassis.
The price of the Vitesse models shjown in Geneva is 1.95 million euros.
